Howdy! Welcome to the Cardiovascular Biomechanics Laboratory<\/span> at Texas Tech University! Our lab is committed to advancing the clinical prognosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease through an innovative, multidisciplinary fusion of methodologies, including computational biomechanical modeling, data-driven and physics-informed machine learning, constitutive and failure modeling, and experimental tissue testing. Collaborating closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, biomechanical engineers, and computer scientists, we are dedicated to pioneering noninvasive, personalized computational tools to enhance clinical decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
